This collection presents the abstracts of papers presented by participants at the 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Current issues in management and administration: regional, international and globalisation aspects”. The conference materials cover a wide range of topics: from the reform of higher education and the implementation of artificial intelligence to strategies for the post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. Particular attention is paid to psychological resilience, protection against information manipulation, and the resolution of socio-psychological and ethical-cultural issues. The authors analyse contemporary management challenges in the context of globalisation and martial law, proposing innovative approaches to administration.

This publication is intended for academics, educators and administrators seeking to identify pathways to the sustainable development of society. Such a comprehensive approach emphasises the importance of integrating science, ethics and technology for the future post-war transformation of the state.

The articles are presented in the authors’ original versions. Responsibility for the accuracy of the material presented, the reliability of the data and adherence to the principles of academic integrity rests with the authors.
